Record Breaking Movie Returns for Part 2

Even though it was so long ago, we will never forget how mesmerized we were after watching the Sci-FI Action film ‘Avatar’ back in 2009. The movie quickly became the highest grossing box office film of all time by securing $2.84 billion in revenue. This is a feat which is yet to be beaten today.

Taking a look at the bigger picture, it’s actually no surprise that the production earned such high acclaim. The creators made use of crazily advanced 3D camera technology and took a whole 4 years to put it together from start to finish. It’s safe to say that there has just been nothing like it ever since…but guess what!? We are over the moon to share the news that the film is set to make a return in December 2022 for part 2.

‘Avatar: The Way of Water’ was initially meant to be in cinemas at the end of 2021, but this date was pushed back because of the pandemic. A handful of industry professionals got a sneak peak of the new film at a super recent movie trailer reveal, and the early critique is that this piece of work is gonna cause equal amounts of astonishment as its counterpart. Steve Asbell, president of 20th Century Studios, shared that the sequel is sure “to blow people away" while returning Avatar actress, Zoe Saldana, added “I think you really have to brace yourself for it.” Rumour has it that the movie franchise plans to unveil a succession of Avatar films following on from the December 2022 release. There are said to be a total of 5 films that will eventually make up the Avatar collection. To avoid a minor panic attack, we feel it's probably best to keep the focus on this year's highly anticipated production.
