Looking Back at Our Halloween Cocktail Making Affair

It can defs be said that Cape Town went big for Halloween 2022. We just had to be part of the festivities and were so excited to join forces with the amazing Castle Hotel Bar and Escobar to host a fun and super spooky cocktail making evening.

Located in the area of District Six, the Castle Hotel Bar and Escobar are interlinking venues that have been around for over 120 years! The restaurant and bar fusion makes this hangout a great option for any and every occasion. After undergoing a revamp post pandemic, they are now more ready than ever before to host you and your friends for some solid summer celebrations.

On Friday 28th October, the fab Castle Hotel Bar courtyard was transformed into a cocktail making haven as guests joined us in creating freaky Halloween themed cocktails that went by the names of ‘The Columbian Zombie’ and ‘The Poison Apple Martini’. The attendees had loads of fun putting together spooky drink concoctions that looked just as creepy as they sounded!

Each guest had their very own cocktail making station and was guided through a step-by-step process of how to turn the provided ingredients into a 10/10 beverage! It was a really fun and relaxing evening filled with banter, laughter and of course, boo-ze (excuse the pun).

There will defs be more cocktail making evenings to come in future, that’s for sure!
